What is the advantage of DUNE Defender in protecting communities?

  • Dunes are natures protection for coastlines and by embedding drainage in the core of the dune helps prevent any floodwaters that overtop the dune from reaching, homes, businesses and infrastructure. 

  • Integrating a boardwalk above the embedded drainage, allows for public access to the coastline.

  • Seawalls, groins, and other grey infrastructure is unsightly and can cut of access to the coastline.
